This is an experiment with tapping through the transits and is not a replacement for medical attention.
This course uses EFT and Human Design to help us tell a better story about the truth of who we are. When we become aware of the story we are telling, if it doesn't serve our highest selves, with EFT, a more aligned story sometimes arrives with ease and allows us to live with more joy and freedom.

Each gate or theme has three parts.
Part 1: Personal Assessment
Part 2: Tapping Sequences on the unabalanced expressions
Part 3: Affirmation/Choicepoint question/Dreamseed question
Please watch the demo below for how you can tap with me as your guide. The themes are selected from the gates in the Human Design bodygraph and a jumping off place for you to experiement with tapping in a systematic way.
I will speak and then leave a space for you to repeat outloud or in your head.
Please change any words that do not align.
Pay attention to sensations, thoughts and memories that pop up when you are tapping and even after you have tapped through the sequence.
The video below, I am tapping with Angel and you will see how she repeats what I say after I say it.
In each lesson, there is a tapping sequence and you are invited to repeat outloud or in your head after I speak. There is a pause and this is your chance to repeat the set up phrases.
I always encourage you to change the words if you feel called and/or use the worksheet below to note any sensations or things that pop up while you are tapping through the basic recipe.

The Basic Recipe of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Rate the discomfort with the SUD scale 0-10. (It is a subjective intuitive guess- don’t ponder too long)
Tap three times on side of hand while stating a “setup phase”
Tap through all 8 points on face and upper body while staying a reminder phrase
Re-rate the discomfort with the SUD scale. (It is a subjective intuitive guess- don’t ponder too long)
Keep tapping through additional rounds (using face and upper body points) until the SUD rating is at a 1 or 0.

FAQ's
Why do we tap on the negative?
Tapping doesn't affirm or implant a problem; however, on the surface it may look like that. The process does have someone state the truth of what is happening for him or her and acknowledge it. We actually engage the amygdala (stress Center) and the limbic system (emotions) in the brain and body within this technique. It is as though we are engaging these negative feelings or sensations just long enough to feel them, then we hit the delete button through the tapping. It is the tapping process that calms the physiological response from the body. once this is released, cognitive shifts (or reframes) may surface naturally. If we tap with the positive affirmation first (attempting to take out mind off the problem), it may only result in a minor shift. It is like spraying air freshener when the garbage is still there.)
I am not sure I am tapping on the right points. Does this matter?
No. You can use two or more fingers to cover more area. You can also purchase a detector to find the points very accurately! https://a.co/d/8aJ9WWR Also if it physically hurts to tap you can just "pretend" tap over the point .... experiment to find what is right for your body!
What if I don’t have a particular feeling and I say the set up statement and tap with someone who does, will that give me the unwanted feeling?
No, you won’t take on someone else’s discomfort. Tapping with someone else for his or her discomfort can give you an awareness of a similar aspect that you may have. And that way you may get “borrowed benefits”from tapping with them and reduce your own discomfort.
What if I’m in a situation where I feel embarrassed, uncomfortable tapping, what should I do?
You can tap inconspicuously on any points you can, and leave the others until you have the opportunity to tap in private. Also consider tapping on the feeling of being embarrassed during comfortable in the situation concerned .
What if I’m in a situation where I feel uncomfortable, saying the set up and reminder phrases out loud, can I save them to myself?
Yes, this still works. If you find yourself drifting and not staying focused, you may wish to continue at another time when you can say them out loud again.
Do I have to use the same reminder phrase for each point in an around?
It helps to use the same phrase when you start using a technique but you may find that it changes naturally. Follow your intuition and inner guidance.
What do I do if a different strong feeling (may be associated with a thought or memory) comes up while I’m tapping?
Finished around for the set up statement you started. Then immediately rate the new feeling/memory/thought, do the set up and tap for that.
What if there are so many feelings that I just feel confused or overwhelmed?
Rate, set up, and tap for feeling confused or overwhelmed . start here and keep tapping on this/these feelings until they are at a 0 or 1. Then determine if you are able to continue to tap on anything else.
Can I swap hands with tapping?
Yes. You can switch hands and you can also use both hands for the head and body points.
how do I know what feeling to tap on?
Any unwanted feeling in the moment that has come up can be tapped on.
What if I miss a point?
This will not affect the round if you miss appoint every now and again. You can also always go back to tap on a missed point.
Does EFT have to be done precisely and perfectly?
No, there’s no such thing as perfect EFT. If you are really worried about getting it right without the help of a live professional invitation to tap with the set up phrase “even though I am worried about getting the words wrong, and it might not work, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, who I am, and how I feel.”. reminder phrase being “worried, messing up”
Can I make things worse if I don’t tap exactly as taught?
No, you will not make anything worse. Just stick to the basic tapping points. If you don’t feel you completed the process because you haven’t reached a sad rating of a zero or one return do it at another time. Tap until you feel calm and remember there are always more aspects to tap on. This is an experiment with the tool of tapping with the Human Design transits.
How does EFT work?
It affects the amygdala and hippocampus. It can decrease activity in the amygdala. Stimulation to the acupoints can send a signal to the limbic or emotion system in the body and reduce its arousal. Studies with long term follow up points are showing changes last over time which could make changes to brains neural pathways.
The Science Behind Tapping: A Proven Stress Management Technique for the Mind and Body
A brief history of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Information taken from The Science of Tapping by Dr. Peta Stapleton, Ph.D
The origins of tapping techniques line in ancient Chinese medicine, specifically with the development of acupuncture.
The 2017 acupuncture evidence project drew on two prior comprehensive literature reviews. Of the 122 medical and psychiatric conditions reviewed across 14 broad critical areas, research, supported the effectiveness of acupuncture for 117 of them. In short our most contemporary scientific evidence supports the effectiveness of the ancient healing system of acupuncture. So how did tapping on acupoints to treat psychological problems emerge?
Dr. George good heart an American chiropractor appears to be the first Western are involved in the use of modern tapping methods. Fast forward to 1970s an Australian psychologist Dr. John Diamond created a variation of good hearts method and termed it behavioral kinesiology. In the early 1980's American psychologist, Dr. Robert Callaghan studied applied kinesiology and learned about the Acupuncture meridian system. He learned to apply this knowledge in the treatment of psychological conditions, such as anxiety disorders and phobias. Callahan stumbled upon these discoveries after working for two years with a patient, Mary, who had an overwhelming fear of water. She could not even get into the bathtub without having an anxiety attack. Callahan had a home office with a pool, so she was already activated by the time in session began. One day after she described the nausea, the fearful feeling in her stomach, and with nothing so far having helped her Callaghan asked her to tap on an accupoint located directly beneath the eye. This point is, according to traditional acupuncture link to the stomach meridian. It felt like a long shot to him, but he thought that perhaps it would help calm the nausea and stomach discomfort.
But something remarkable happened after tapping on this point for a while, Mary announced that her fear of water was gone. She went outside to the swimming pool and splashed water on her face. She had never voluntarily go nearest swimming pool before. It appears that tapping in the stomach point while thinking and talking about her fear of the water had eliminated it. Over 30 years later, Mary reported that she was still free of this phobia.
This method was eventually called the thought field therapy and included muscle testing.
After training with Callahan, Gary Craig, a Stanford trained engineer, who had become a personal performance coach developed EFT, which, as we’ve seen uses a single set of tapping points, regardless of the condition. The single algorithm method has now become the most known tapping protocol and is a format that has been used in the majority of the clinical trials that have investigated tapping approaches.
In 1995 Craig assembled and released his first training video, said titled the EFT course and the still famous guide for general public The EFT Manuel. By the time Craig announced his retirement in 2010 is free Guide to EFT had been downloaded in the English version more than 2 million times and was available in 20 other languages. After his retirement, he contributed to the trademarked name of EFT and Emotional Freedom Technique to the public domain.
At the time of Craigs retirement, Dr. Dawson church created EFT universe, which is a large EMT training and certification program .
